Do guests need to install an app?

No. Guests simply open the event link or scan the QR code using the browser on their device.

How do guests take photos?

Guests can use their device camera or select a photo from their gallery. Photos are processed with the event frame before being saved as final images.

Is there a photo limit?

Yes. The organizer sets a photo quota per device for each event. The remaining quota appears while guests use the camera.

Are my photos secure?

Final photos are stored privately and displayed through the appropriate event access. Raw photo files are not retained as a public gallery.

Can frames match a brand identity?

Yes. Organizers can customize colors, descriptions, text alignment, logos, and media slots on event frames.
